• Payments are handled securely by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe).

• When you delete content inside a project, it is removed from our active servers within 1–7 days.
• When you delete a project or your account, all associated content is permanently deleted.
• Encrypted backups may persist temporarily before automatic deletion.

We share limited data only with:

• Service providers (e.g., hosting, storage, analytics, email, payment).
• AI model providers strictly to process your prompts and return results.

All partners comply with GDPR and UK data protection law. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

If your data is processed outside the UK or EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place to protect your privacy.
